Autoriders International Ltd — Important, 10-11-2025: Company Update

Autoriders International's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Following the advice of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Ms. Priyanshi Joshi has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The Board also re-appointed Shri Chintan Amrish Patel as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer for a five-year term, effective from November 12, subject to shareholder approval. He will continue as Chairperson.
