Reliance Power's board approved Q2FY26 consolidated financial results: PAT surged to ₹87 Cr (from a loss), EBITDA rose to ₹618 Cr, and total income hit ₹2,067 Cr. The company will seek shareholder approval to raise up to US$600M via FCCBs for growth. 100 lakh stock options were also granted.
