ESAB India's board has announced its quarter and half-year results. Net Profit after tax for the quarter hit ₹79.20 Cr on total income of ₹383.89 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹25/share was declared, and the completed sale of Khardah land contributed an exceptional gain.
