Veedol Corporation Limited — Board Meeting, 10-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Veedol Corp approved consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sept 30. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 22/share (1100%). Abhijit Tikekar was appointed as Company Secretary & Head Legal. Two independent directors, P. S. Bhattacharyya and P. Y. Gurav, will conclude their terms on Nov 12.
