Veedol Corporation Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 10-11-2025: Dividend

Veedol Corp. announced a First Interim Dividend of Rs. 22 per share (1100% on face value Rs. 2) for FY25-26. Shareholders holding shares by the record date will receive this payout. The record date for this dividend distribution is November 14, 2025. The company expects to disburse the dividend within 30 days of declaration, by December 8, 2025. The board also approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, and appointed Shri Abhijit Tikekar as Company Secretary & Head Legal.
