Classic Filaments Limited has received an open offer document, where four acquirers are seeking to purchase up to 15.89 lakh equity shares, representing 26.00% of the company's total paid-up capital, at an offer price of Rs. 12 per share, totaling 1.91 Cr. This follows their agreement to acquire 68.51% from existing promoters for 4.19 Cr. Post-offer, the acquirers will hold 94.51% of the company, taking management control and becoming the new promoters.
