    Bharat Forge's board approved Q2 & H1 FY26 consolidated results: Q2 revenue hit ₹4,032 Cr, net profit ₹299 Cr. H1 revenue reached ₹7,941 Cr, net profit ₹583 Cr. The board also gave in-principle nod to raise up to ₹2,000 Cr via debt and appointed a new Senior Management Personnel.
