Kirloskar Electric's Board approved consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26. Q2 PBT was ₹9.98 Cr on ₹142.11 Cr revenue. H1 PBT reached ₹10.40 Cr on ₹274.05 Cr revenue. The board also approved several senior management re-organizations.
