    Bharat Forge Limited — Updates, 11-11-2025: General Updates

    Bharat Forge's board approved raising up to Rs. 2,000 Cr via debt. It completed the Rs. 747.42 Cr acquisition of K Drive Mobility Solutions, partly using prior QIP funds. Defence business restructuring gained Rs. 41.36 Cr. Financial results for the quarter and half-year were also approved.
