    EPL Limited — Board Meeting, 11-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    EPL has announced a board meeting approving Q2 & H1 financial results. Q2 consolidated Net Profit hit 106.1 Cr (Revenue 1,205.9 Cr). An interim dividend of Rs 2.50/share was declared. Board also cleared a new Employee Stock Option Scheme and invested 150 Cr in its Brazil unit.
