    M&B Engineering's board approved Q2FY26 & H1FY26 consolidated results. Q2 revenue at ₹306.85 Cr, PAT at ₹22.20 Cr. H1 revenue hit ₹544.51 Cr, PAT ₹40.15 Cr. IPO funds were used for debt repayment & capex, with ₹131.15 Cr still unutilized.
