Magellanic Cloud's board approved allotting 46.72 lakh equity shares at Rs 75 each. These shares went to non-promoters in exchange for acquiring 100% stake in Finoux Solutions, increasing the company's paid-up capital from Rs 116.88 Cr to Rs 117.81 Cr.
