    Borosil Renewables posted Q2 consolidated profit of ₹61.58 Cr, but H1 saw a loss of ₹141.91 Cr due to ₹230 Cr impairment on German subsidiaries, including GMB which entered insolvency. The company also raised ₹371.49 Cr via share allotment post-quarter.
