    M&B Engineering delivered strong Q2 & H1 FY26 results. Total revenue for Q2 soared 49% to ₹306.85 Cr, with H1 revenue up 57% to ₹544.51 Cr. Both Proflex (roofing) and Phenix (PEB) divisions fueled this growth, with Phenix exports showing a significant jump to ₹53.79 Cr in Q2.

    The company is strategically focused on leveraging the PEB market, expanding its roofing solutions, and boosting exports.

    Key developments include a brownfield PEB expansion at Sanand (adding 20,000 TPA by Q1 FY27) and three new mobile manufacturing units for Proflex (adding 300,000 sq.m./year capacity by Q1 FY27). The unexecuted order book is strong at ₹930.56 Cr.

    Q2 Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to ₹22.20 Cr, improving PAT margin to 7.23%. EBITDA grew to ₹36.82 Cr, though margin slightly dipped to 12.00% due to forex losses and higher tariffs on exports. Management expects ongoing expansions to drive future growth.
