HB Portfolio's board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. An interim dividend of Re. 1 per equity share (10% on face value) for the current fiscal year was declared. Ms. Meenu Papreja was appointed as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, a key managerial personnel. The board also approved extending the timeframe for a balance Rs. 10 crore investment in Infinix9 Hotels & Resorts Private Limited until next year, following an earlier Rs. 15 crore investment. The company further subscribed to Rs. 7 crore in convertible debentures of Infinix9 Hotels & Resorts Private Limited.
