WPIL Ltd — Important, 11-11-2025: Company Update

WPIL Limited reported consolidated revenue of INR 426 Cr and PAT of INR 52 Cr for the quarter. For the half-year, consolidated revenue was INR 805 Cr and PAT INR 78 Cr. The product division achieved a record order backlog of INR 422 Cr and expects strong growth. International revenues sharply grew to INR 456 Cr for the half-year, with margins improving and strong order books across African, Australian, and Italian businesses. The domestic project business continues to focus on completing existing projects, with an exposure of approximately INR 1,100 Cr in the Jal Jeevan Mission, awaiting resolution of funding issues. The company is actively exploring larger acquisitions and sees significant opportunities in water, irrigation, and the naval sector.
