Indo Count reported strong Q2FY26 with 7% QoQ volume growth and 12% QoQ revenue growth, reaching Rs. 1,082 crore. Despite US tariff hikes, market share was maintained. New businesses, including utility bedding and USA brands, saw a 40% QoQ revenue jump to Rs. 181 crore, now contributing 17% of total revenue. Margins were impacted by tariff absorption and new venture incubation. For H1 FY26, total income stood at Rs. 2,049 crore, with PAT at Rs. 78 crore. Net Debt to Equity is 0.34x, reduced by Rs. 175 crore in H1.

Key recent developments include licensing the 'Tommy Hilfiger' brand for utility bedding and adding 700 new domestic retail counters with new bath and 'Top of Bed' offerings. A third US utility bedding unit is set to begin commercial production by Q3/Q4 FY26.

As part of its 'Indo Count 2.0' strategy, the company is diversifying products, establishing US manufacturing, and expanding channels to become a complete home textile player. Management aims for 2x revenue growth by 2028, with new segments contributing ~$275 Mn. The USA brand business targets $100 Mn revenue in three years, and utility bedding aims for $175 Mn.
