Variman Global Enterprises announced that 2.698 crore convertible warrants, previously allotted to non-promoters at an issue price of Rs. 20 each, have now lapsed. The warrant holders did not exercise their option for conversion within the specified 18-month period. As a result, the company has forfeited the initial upfront amount of Rs. 13.49 crore received at the time of allotment. This development means the planned capital raise via these warrants did not materialize. Importantly, there will be no change to the company's capital structure due to this cancellation, indicating a stable share base.
