Cyber Media Research & Services Limited — JV/Acquisition, 11-11-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Cyber Media (India) (CMIL) has approved the merger of Cyber Media Research & Services (CMRSL) into itself. This consolidation aims to create a unified entity for marketing solutions, driving synergies, cost savings, and enhanced market presence. CMRSL shareholders will receive 35 CMIL shares for every 8 shares they own. The merger offers CMRSL investors better liquidity as CMIL shares trade on the main board. Post-merger, CMIL's promoter holding will adjust to 50.13%, with public shareholding rising to 49.87%. The combined entity aims for higher value creation and long-term growth.
