Soma Papers and Industries has made a further investment, completing the acquisition of 100% equity in its wholly owned subsidiary, KS Smart Solutions Private Limited (KSSPL), for approximately INR 125.51 Cr. KSSPL, a technology firm providing IT, surveillance, and edutech solutions, reported a standalone turnover of about INR 696.55 Cr in FY2024-25, a significant increase from INR 216.26 Cr in FY2023-24. This strategic move enhances KSSPL's capabilities and expands its presence in the Business-to-Government sector, tapping into high-potential growth verticals.
