Cyber Media (India) Limited — JV/Acquisition, 11-11-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Cyber Media (India) Ltd (CMIL) is merging with Cyber Media Research & Services Ltd (CMRSL). The merger aims to consolidate operations, create synergies for marketing solutions, optimize costs, and boost overall profitability and market cap. CMRSL shareholders will receive 35 CMIL shares for every 8 CMRSL shares, gaining better liquidity on CMIL's main board. This will increase the public shareholding in the merged entity to 49.87%, leading to some dilution for existing CMIL shareholders. The combined entity integrates CMIL's media legacy with CMRSL's digital marketing and data analytics. CMRSL's H1 FY25 turnover was 30 Cr versus CMIL's 8.23 Cr. The merger is subject to approvals.
