    Abans Financial Services' board approved Q2/H1 FY26 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹6,831.68 Cr (Q2) / ₹8,725.49 Cr (H1), PAT at ₹41.85 Cr (Q2) / ₹74.54 Cr (H1). It also greenlit a merger of multiple subsidiaries into Abans Broking and invested ₹42.18 Cr in Abans Capital's rights issue.
