Jaykay Enterprises Ltd — Important, 11-11-2025: Company Update

Jaykay Enterprises has received its Rights Issue monitoring report, indicating that the utilization of proceeds generally aligns with stated objectives. However, the company over-utilized funds for "JK Defence - Other Miscellaneous" by 1.44 Cr and for "Issue Expenses" by 0.07 Cr. These excesses were covered using funds initially earmarked for General Corporate Expenses. The Board of Directors acknowledged these deviations, noting that adjustments will be made and necessary approvals secured. Out of the 146.14 Cr raised, 89.91 Cr has been utilized, with 56.24 Cr remaining unutilized. A substantial portion of the unutilized amount, 52.51 Cr, is currently held in Fixed Deposits.
