PTC India delivered a strong performance for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated Q2 revenue increased to ₹5,458.73 Cr, with PAT from continuing operations at ₹222.05 Cr. Standalone Q2 trading volumes rose 9% year-on-year to 26,178 MUs, driving operational income up 11% to ₹136.91 Cr and PAT growing 15% to ₹133.82 Cr. Half-year results also show an 11% increase in trading volume to 49,220 MUs and a 7% PAT uplift to ₹238.60 Cr.
The company's strategy focuses on expanding its presence in the power market, facilitating cross-border trade, and prioritizing renewable energy. New growth drivers include the C&I consumer segment and the shift towards carbon neutrality.
Recent developments include trading 23.56 Lakh RECs, adding new cross-border and C&I clients, and acting as bid consultant for 1000 MW renewable capacity. PTC India secured a 100 MW long-term solar Power Purchase Agreement and entered into strategic MoUs with Indian Port Association and NLC India Ltd for green energy transitions.
