Biocon's board approved Q2/H1 financial results, early redemption of Rs 500 Cr NCDs, and acquisition of Rs 300 Cr in BBL's CCDs from Edelweiss, increasing its BBL stake by ~65 bps. It also plans to issue Commercial Papers up to Rs 550 Cr for funding.
