Biocon plans to issue Commercial Papers up to Rs. 550 Cr via private placement. It will also acquire Rs. 300 Cr of Biocon Biologics' Compulsorily Convertible Debentures from Edelweiss by Jan 30, 2026, to increase its stake by ~65 bps.
