Kolte-Patil saw Blackstone increase its stake to 40%. It acquired 7.5 acres for 1.9 Mn. Sq. Ft. saleable area, adding ~Rs.1,400 Cr GDV. Q2 pre-sales were Rs.670 Cr, H1 Rs.1,286 Cr, but Q2/H1 financials showed negative EBITDA/PAT. Strong Rs.1,102 Cr cash balance noted.
