Megatherm Induction reported strong H1FY26 results: revenue grew 7.5% YoY to ₹159.05 Cr. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 29.32% to ₹12.04 Cr, with EPS rising 29.35% to ₹6.39. EBITDA increased 2.87% to ₹15.57 Cr, though margins dipped slightly due to strategic investments in HR and marketing.

A major growth driver is the expansion into renewable energy with Inverter Duty Transformers (IDT). The company successfully tested its 13.2 MVA IDT and commissioned Eastern India's largest new transformer facility in Kharagpur, already pursuing ₹238 Cr worth of enquiries. Megatherm targets ₹110 Cr from this segment by FY27 with 15% EBITDA margins. Global expansion is also key, with a new JV in North America (Cyprium Induction) and tie-ups across other continents.

Management expects operational efficiencies to drive margin expansion in FY27. The company is well-positioned to scale, aiming for ₹450 Cr revenue in FY27 and projecting ₹950 Cr by FY31/32.
