Akzo Nobel India's board approved agreements with its parent. Post-JSW Paints acquisition, ANIL will license IP for performance coatings (royalty-bearing) and use the 'Akzo Nobel' brand royalty-free for 15 months to phase it out. This brand deal is a board-approved related party transaction.
