    Bharati Defence's Board met today, approving financial results for the June 2025 quarter: profit of ₹0.84 Cr on ₹1.11 Cr total income. Critically, the Board also approved 7 years of pending historical financials (2017-2024) after the company exited liquidation in Jan 2025. AGM on Sept 19.
