Punj Lloyd Limited — Results, 12-11-2025: Reasons for Delayed/Non-submission of Financial Results

Punj Lloyd (in liquidation) announced delays in submitting its unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26. The delay, due to unavoidable reasons beyond the company's control since FY19, is being addressed. Results will be submitted in due course as best efforts are made to regularize the issue.
