BF Investment's Board approved Q2 & H1 financial results. Standalone Q2 PAT fell to ₹45.65 Cr (₹49.35 Cr YoY), H1 PAT also declined. Consolidated Q2 PAT rose to ₹39.95 Cr (₹36.02 Cr YoY), but H1 PAT plunged to ₹78.39 Cr (₹218.63 Cr YoY) primarily due to lower associate profits.
