NRB Bearing Limited — PPTs, 12-11-2025: Investor Presentation
NRB Bearings, India’s largest independent bearing manufacturer, showed a strong turnaround. With past challenges like the Waluj fire and a family settlement resolved, H1FY26 consolidated revenue grew 7.5% YoY, and consolidated PAT surged 19.0%.
The company's strategy focuses on four pillars: advancing R&D for EV-ready technologies and aerospace applications, expanding global OEM partnerships, enhancing automation, and maintaining financial discipline. NRB is actively diversifying into new-generation industries like robotics, aerospace, defense, and advanced EV applications.
Production lines are fully restored post-Waluj fire, and the recent family settlement secured full control of brand IP. The first phase of a ₹200 Cr expansion plan is now underway.
For Q2FY26, consolidated revenue was ₹325.2 Cr (+7.9% YoY) and PAT was ₹41.4 Cr (+15.2% YoY). H1FY26 consolidated revenue stood at ₹635.3 Cr, with PAT at ₹74.2 Cr. Notably, standalone PAT for H1 jumped 37.9%.
Management highlighted three consecutive quarters of strong performance, aiming for a ₹2,500 Cr turnover by FY31. This growth will be fueled by market share gains, R&D-led product expansion, and strategic JVs or acquisitions in high-growth industrial segments, alongside manufacturing modernization.
