    Nitco Limited — Board Meeting, 12-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    NITCO's board approved Q2 & H1 financial results. The company posted a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 0.94 Cr for the quarter, a strong turnaround from last year's Rs 34.61 Cr loss. Also, Rs 58.42 Cr income was recognized from Alibaug land development.
