Kinetic Engineering Ltd — Important, 12-11-2025: Company Update

Kinetic Engineering Ltd. (KEL) has significantly advanced its electric vehicle (EV) subsidiary, Kinetic Watts & Volts (KWV), by increasing its stake to 80% with an additional ₹9 Cr infusion. KWV has received ARAI homologation, inaugurated its first showroom, and will begin Kinetic DX deliveries, driven by robust market bookings. It targets 5,000 unit sales by March, aiming for ₹50 Cr in revenue, and an ambitious 60,000 units and ₹600 Cr top-line in the next fiscal year, contributing to a forecasted consolidated revenue of ₹800 Cr. KEL is expanding KWV's dealership network to 200 nationwide and has also upgraded its auto component manufacturing with a new robotic chassis line.
