Exicom's Q2 FY26 standalone revenue grew 54% YoY to 228 Cr, with EBITDA at 15.1 Cr and PAT at 5.9 Cr, reflecting strong momentum in both Critical Power and EV charging. The Critical Power segment secured a 1,400 Cr order backlog and started BharatNet deliveries. EV charging saw record AC charger sales and 100% customer adoption of the new Gen 2 DC platform. Consolidated results show an EBITDA loss of 32.7 Cr due to Tritium's near-term challenges. Management expects sustained standalone growth, anticipating significant P&L benefits from the new Hyderabad plant (trial production starts this month, commercial in January) next fiscal year. Tritium is pursuing a $40 million fundraise and securing major fleet charging contracts, focusing on America, UK, and Europe.
