Kinetic Engineering Ltd — Important, 12-11-2025: Company Update

Kinetic Engineering's subsidiary, Kinetic Watts & Volts (KWV), has commenced deliveries of its electric scooters following strong bookings and ARAI homologation. KEL invested an additional ₹9 Cr, raising its stake to 80%. KWV plans 50 new dealerships by March, targeting 5,000 unit sales and ₹50 Cr revenue. For FY2026-27, KWV aims for 60,000 sales generating ₹600 Cr, contributing to KEL's forecasted consolidated revenue of ₹800 Cr with 200 dealerships. KEL also upgraded its manufacturing facilities, supporting EV initiatives and strengthening its B2B auto component business.
