Pokarna's Q2 consolidated net profit dropped to ₹6.33 Cr on ₹118.46 Cr revenue, down sharply YoY. Half-year profit also fell to ₹34.63 Cr, impacted by lower Quartz Surfaces sales. Board committees were reconstituted.
