India Pesticides delivered strong Q2 FY26 results, with revenue up 26% YoY to ₹295 Cr and PAT rising 22% YoY to ₹32 Cr. Export sales nearly doubled to ₹140 Cr, driving growth, while domestic revenue saw a marginal dip due to delayed monsoon impacts. Technicals + APIs constitute 66% of H1 revenue.
The company is focusing on strategic backward integration, commissioning a 26 DEA project (key input for herbicides) with a ₹65 Cr investment, aiming for self-reliance. Capacity expansion is also a priority, with the formulation facility already enhanced to 10,000 MT.
IPL recently commissioned its expanded formulation capacity and its Board approved the new backward integration project at Sandila. For Q2 FY26, revenue hit ₹295 Cr (+26.0% YoY) and PAT was ₹32 Cr (+22.0% YoY), leading to an EPS of ₹2.74 (+21.8% YoY). EBITDA margins improved to 18.3%.
Management is confident in sustaining growth, driven by continued export demand, a recovering domestic market, and benefits from recent capacity expansions. They highlight a diversified portfolio and operational excellence for long-term value creation.
