    Ramkrishna Forgings' board approved Q2/H1 consolidated financial results. They are issuing 34 lakh warrants at Rs 588 each (Rs 199.92 Cr) to promoter Chaitanya Jalan, subject to EGM approval. A monitoring agency has been appointed for the proceeds.
