Ramkrishna Forgings reported Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹907.53 Cr, up 14% YoY, and H1 FY26 revenue of ₹1922.79 Cr, up 4% YoY. Consolidated EBITDA for Q2 FY26 grew 26% YoY to ₹122.54 Cr (13.5% margin), and H1 FY26 EBITDA rose 19% YoY to ₹271.15 Cr (14.1% margin). Domestic business shows healthy traction, mitigating short-term impacts from export tariff uncertainties.

The company is focused on revenue diversification, new product introduction, and optimizing capacity utilization. Key strategic areas include global market expansion, inorganic opportunities, and an increased focus on EV components and non-automotive categories.

Recent highlights include securing new orders worth ₹1116 Cr in Q2 and ₹1800 Cr in H1. Bulk dispatches for Fully Assembled Bogie Frames for Indian Railways have commenced. The Mexico machining facility began operations, securing ₹200 Cr in orders. The Rail Wheel Project JV is progressing, with operations expected by March 2026. A merger of subsidiaries Mal Metalliks and Multitech Auto is anticipated in Q3 FY26 to enhance efficiency. Capacity expansion includes new presses and a 45,000 MT/annum castings plant commissioning in H2 FY26.

Management anticipates 18-20% volume growth in H2 FY26, driven by Railways, Europe exports, Aluminum Forgings, and new domestic/LCV products.
