Gloster Limited's Board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated Q2 Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 3.00 Cr (EPS Rs 2.74). Half-year PAT was Rs 7.67 Cr (EPS Rs 7.01). The Board also approved a modified amalgamation scheme for two wholly-owned subsidiaries.
