Afcons Infrastructure Limited — Board Meeting, 12-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Afcons' Board approved financial results for H1 FY26. Total Income rose 3.4% to ₹6,520 Cr, with Profit After Tax up 6.8% to ₹242 Cr. Order book stands strong at ₹32,681 Cr. The Board also appointed Mr. Pallon Mistry, Mr. Firoz Cyrus Mistry, and Mr. Santosh Nayar as new directors.
