BSL LimitedPPTs, 12-11-2025: Investor Presentation

12-11-2025 | 06:07 pm

BSL Ltd. reported stable half-year revenue at ₹342 Cr. Q2 revenue grew 16.7% QoQ to ₹184 Cr, a 3.5% YoY rise, driven by robust market demand and higher production. However, H1 PAT declined to ₹2.2 Cr, and Q2 PAT rose 3.7x QoQ to ₹1.7 Cr, reflecting temporary margin pressures from higher input costs and subdued export realizations. Yarn, contributing 48% to Q2 and H1 revenue, remains a major segment.

The company is strategically positioned for growth, benefiting from a projected 10% CAGR for the Indian textile & apparel market to $350 billion by 2030, and strong government support through policies like 100% FDI and the PLI scheme. The recently signed India-UK Free Trade Agreement and ongoing EU discussions are key drivers for enhanced market access and export competitiveness. Investments in capacity expansion, like the cotton spinning project (29,184 spindles), and a strong focus on sustainability (63% recycled fibers) and aggressive marketing are set to drive long-term value.

Management anticipates a rebound in profitability from stable raw material costs, improved capacity utilization, and ongoing cost-control initiatives. The focus remains on operational excellence, innovation, and customer-centric strategies for sustainable growth.
