Lloyds Metals & Energy reported Q2 consolidated net profit of ₹567.39 Cr and H1 net profit of ₹1,208.98 Cr. The board also approved acquiring 290 acres for ₹60 Cr for expansion and a 20% stake in LT Gondwana for Rs 25,000 for skill development.
