    Lloyds Metals reported strong Q2 consolidated PAT of ₹567.39 Cr and H1 PAT of ₹1,208.98 Cr. The Board approved a 20% stake in LT Gondwana Skill Hub for ₹25,000 to boost tribal skill development and acquire ~290 acres in Gadchiroli for future expansion, costing up to ₹60 Cr.
