MSTC has announced a board meeting, approving Q2/H1 FY26 consolidated results. H1 total income was ₹195.96 Cr, with profit after tax at ₹89.84 Cr. The board also approved closing the procurement business (5.52% of last FY's turnover) by Q2 FY27 to focus on core operations.
