Eco Hotels' board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Standalone assets stood at 138.07 Cr, with half-year revenue of 0.61 Cr and a loss of (2.37) Cr. Consolidated assets were 55.99 Cr, reporting half-year revenue of 1.34 Cr and a loss of (2.40) Cr. The board accepted the resignation of statutory auditor Mr. Girish L. Shethia due to other commitments, noting no concerns were raised. M/s. K. M. Garg & Co. is proposed as the new auditor, pending shareholder approval via postal ballot. The postal ballot will also seek approval for Mr. Vikram Kantilal Doshi's appointment as Whole-Time Director (Finance).
