Eldeco Housing reports strong operational momentum in Q2FY26! Collections surged 76% YoY to ₹91.3 Cr, while delivered area jumped 95% YoY to 1.19 Lakh sq. ft. Although Q2 bookings dipped to ₹88.1 Cr without major launches, H1 bookings saw robust 91% YoY growth to ₹309.2 Cr.

Strategically, the company added 36.8 acres to its land bank. A key growth driver is the upcoming Eldeco Solano Gardens, a 54-acre Lucknow township with over ₹1,000 Cr GDV, whose permit was received in July 2025. Construction spend also rose 11% YoY to ₹37.3 Cr.

Despite a slight dip in Q2 PAT to ₹2.6 Cr, management is confident about H2FY26 growth, banking on strong collections, accelerated construction, and the Solano Gardens launch. Focus remains on disciplined execution in Lucknow's expanding real estate market.
