IRCON's Q2FY26 consolidated revenue dipped 19.2% YoY to 1977 Cr, with profit after tax (PAT) falling 33.7% to 137 Cr. Standalone figures also saw a YoY revenue decline of 19.5% to 1852 Cr and PAT drop of 8.7% to 185 Cr. However, the company showed sequential recovery with Q2 revenue up 10.7% QoQ and standalone PAT growing 22.6% QoQ.
The company holds a strong order book of 23,865 Cr as of September 30, 2025, primarily domestic (91%) and concentrated in Railways (75%). Growth prospects are brightened by the government's massive infrastructure push, including 11.21 lakh Cr CAPEX in the Union Budget 2025, expansion of the National Infrastructure Pipeline, and significant allocations for Indian Railways (2.65 lakh Cr) and Highways (2.87 lakh Cr). These initiatives and the National Rail Plan offer substantial future opportunities.
